Colin Bailey established Bailey and Son Engineering (BaSE) in January 1991. BaSE is a Greenville, South Carolina based structural engineering consulting firm developed to provide quality structural services to the construction industry. Our commercial project experience includes primary, secondary, and college educational facilities, worship facilities, sanctuaries and religious education projects, libraries, dormitories, corporate and medical offices, stadiums and multi-sport complexes, civic and municipal projects, and healthcare facilities. Our portfolio includes a variety of industrial projects at power, waste water treatment, chemical, and fuel production facilities. Our manufacturing experience also includes projects at automotive, food production, textile, and paper production facilities. Our staff of structural engineers and designers work together to provide our Clients with innovative designs that will insure successful fulfillment of our Client’s needs and expectations

The technical staff attends seminars and conferences to develop and enhance their design and engineering skills.
